Policies of our Lancaster Accommodations

Your stay is important to us, therefore please read over our limited list of policies:

• All rates are based on double occupancy except where noted.
• An extra adult in room is $15.00 plus tax. Children 3-12 are $10.00 each plus tax.
• Rates are subject to a 6% PA sales tax and 1.1% hotel tax.
• Smoking is limited to the outside areas.
• A reservation is secured with a Master Card or Visa card number or a check in the amount of 50% of your stay. Payment for your stay can be made with a credit card, check, or cash.
• If cancellation is 10 days or less prior to reservation date, payment in full will be charged unless the room is re-booked.
• A cancellation of more than 10 days prior to reservation date will not be charged, or your check amount will be refunded.

Checking Into Our Lampeter B&B

• Check-in time is 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by special arrangement. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m.
