We at Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast value your health and safety and follow CDC and Pennsylvania standards on cleanliness. With this in mind, we continually clean and disinfect guest common spaces. Unfortunately, we have temporarily removed some of our ammenities and charm such as self-serve fresh baked cookies, guest books, throw pillows, magazines, etc. We provide hand sanitizer pumps throughout the inn and we ask that all guests wear masks during check-in and when in indoor common spaces.
Following the current Pennsylvania travel restrictions and suggestions, we are fully accepting reservations for guests that live in Pennsylvania. Guests from other states are recommended to have a 3-day negative COVID-19 test or have already quarantined for 10 days. ONLINE RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE, HOWEVER WE WOULD PREFER THAT YOU CALL TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO MEET ON THE PHONE AND DISCUSS THE CURRENT COVID-19 GUIDELINES AT THE INN AS WELL AS GENERAL TOURISM IN LANCASTER COUNTY. 717-464-1382
Now back to the fun stuff of checking out the inn and all there is to do in Lancaster County:
We welcome you to our spacious turn-of-the-century colonial home nestled in the Lancaster Amish and Mennonite farm countryside near cultural and performing arts attractions. A wrap-around porch welcomes you to our Inn and once inside features chestnut woodwork and pocket doors. Our accommodations include four guest rooms, each with a private bath, with king and queen beds. The house is furnished with central air and heat. Each guest room features complete temperature control year round. We are close to the popular shopping outlets centers, specialty/craft shops, railroad museums and rides, the American Music, Sight & Sound theaters, biking roads, covered bridges, and other major attractions. Beth serves a three course breakfast using products from Amish and Mennonite farms as well as fruit from the orchard at the inn.
