A quilt is a work of art and a labor of love. In this warm second floor guest room, you will find beautiful examples of quilts from the Amish and Mennonite communities as well as from Thailand. This guest room features a queen bed with a private powder room. The Quilt room has a full private bath located outside the room for the exclusive use of guests in this room. After a busy day visiting the areas many attractions, you can relax and enjoy the view from the private balcony overlooking the back lawn or sit back in the room to view your favorite TV program.
Rates: $ 95 per night plus tax, double occupancy.

One advantage of Lancaster County is its four seasons. Each season is unique and has its own set of holidays and celebrations. This second floor guest room has a queen bed that will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. You can check the weather or your favorite program on a cabled TV. Adding to the interest of this room is a full private bath that is accessed through huge chestnut doors which formerly enclosed an indoor 'water closet' that collected rain from the slate roof.

In memory of our Peace Corps experience, we gave this room the ancient name for Thailand. This large second floor guest room with a full private shower bath and a king bed. A cabled TV and all-season fireplace gives comfort and warmth. The mosquito net canopy along with memorabilia and items we collected from our time in Southeast Asia accent this interesting and cozy guest room.

The Garden Room reflects the Murphy’s gardening interests. Sarah spends her spare time in the flower and herb gardens while Tom spends his time in the small orchard and vegetable garden. The garden theme is seen on the lattice wallpaper that circles the room. This second floor guest room features a queen bed, a small bath with shower, cabled TV and a comfy reading area.
